Full-service facility
Harrah’s Philadelphia in Chester, Pennsylvania is celebrating the official opening of its full-service, William Hill Sportsbook this week. Launched in partnership with Caesars Entertainment, it marks the 14th state in which William Hill provides sportsbook services.
more than 45 large screen televisions in the space
Along with the new facility, Harrah’s will continue to offer “The Book,” an area which provides lounge seating, bar service, and dining. There are more than 45 large screen televisions in the space so guests can watch sporting events wherever they turn.

Betting at Harrah’s Philadelphia
Guests of the William Hill Sportsbook at Harrah’s Philadelphia will have access to six ticket windows and 16 self-service betting kiosks.
The facility also includes an expanded menu for wagering that features InPlay betting options. The sportsbook provides a wide variety of betting markets including football, basketball, hockey, baseball, soccer, and golf, among many others. Both professional and college wagering is on offer.
Guests can also choose to go online and wager via the Caesars Sportsbook app, which can be downloaded on Android or iOS devices.
New Michigan sportsbook
The Harrah’s Philadelphia sportsbook launch comes less than a month after William Hill debuted its first sportsbook in Michigan. The sports betting company teamed up with the Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos to open a book at the Turtle Creek Casino.
Known as The Onyx Sports Book by William Hill, the facility will be open seven days a week. William Hill is also operating a satellite casino at the Leelanau Sands Casino.
Mobile sports betting in Illinois
Before launching a land-based sportsbook in Michigan, William Hill was busy entering the online market in Illinois. In partnership with the Grand Victoria Casino, the sports betting operator launched a mobile app in mid-September.
William Hill got started in the state by launching a retail sportsbook in the summer. Once the retail option was up and running, the operator moved on to mobile services. The William Hill Grand Victoria Casino app can be downloaded on iOS or Android devices. Players can use the app to wager on both professional and college sports.
